How to Order from Melody Master:

It couldn't be easier to order from Melody Master! Whether you choose to take advantage of the wealth of knowledge found by talking directly to one of our highly-trained and experienced Sales Engineers, or prefer the convenience of ordering online, by fax, email or regular mail, you'll find your purchasing experience with Melody Master enjoyable and simple.

Institutional, Educational, Nonprofit Sales:

We accept approved Purchase Orders from institutional, educational and nonprofit accounts. Call your Melody Master Sales Engineer at (800) 516-0122 for information. All purchase orders are subject to verification and credit approval.

If you're a nonprofit organization that qualifies for sales-tax exemption in one of the states for which we collect sales tax, please call your Melody Master Sales Engineer for assistance with your order.

How To Cancel or Change an Order:

We work hard to ensure that the product(s) you order from Melody Master are the right fit for your needs and your budget. However, we recognize that on occasion you must cancel or change an order. The first thing to do is call your Melody Master Sales Engineer at 1-800-516-0122. Many orders leave our warehouse within 24 hours, so it is sometimes impossible to stop your order from shipping. In this case your Sales Engineer will assist you with a Return Authorization request. While we maintain the most liberal return policy in the industry, some items cannot be returned for very specific reasons. These items include software and any item that is considered personal, such as an earphone or instrument mouthpiece.

Melody Master offers more payment options than any other online music retailer.

In addition to our very own Melody Master Card and Melody Master Easy Payments, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards, as well as Diners Club, JCB, ACH Debit, PayPal, PayPal Credit, and Apple Pay in our online store.

When will my credit card be charged?

If you place your order with a credit card, you will only be charged for items once they ship. That means if your order has some items that are on backorder, you will only be charged for those items once they ship.

If you place your order with PayPal, your order will be charged at the time of purchase.

Remember, each and every order you place with Melody Master is reviewed and attended to by a highly-trained Melody Master employee before your credit card is charged to ensure it receives the personal attention it deserves.

Sales And Use Tax Policy:

Sales/Use tax may be due on your purchase. Currently, Melody Master collects sales tax on purchases delivered into the following states: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming. Please refer to your state and local taxing authorities as you may be responsible for use tax on any untaxed purchase(s) in your jurisdiction. Electronically downloaded products may or may not be taxable based on each individual states’ tax laws.

Estimated Tax
Sales tax can be made up of a combined total of state, county, city, and district tax rates. For your convenience, we provide a sales tax estimate during checkout, and on your order confirmation summary. However, many factors can change between the time you place your order and when it is delivered. Because of this, your final sales tax charges may be different from the estimated amount.

Sales Tax Exemptions
If you are an organization that qualifies for a sales tax exemption in a state where Melody Master is required to collect sales tax, please contact your Melody Master Sales Engineer for assistance with your order.

Alabama Residents
Melody Master will collect the simplified sellers use tax on transaction(s) delivered into Alabama and the tax will be remitted on the customer's behalf to the Alabama Department of Revenue. Melody Master program account number is SSU-R009976859.

You don't need a personal account to shop and order at Melody Master. But registering for an account makes it easier for you to shop during future visits. Plus, with an account, you can view your order history anytime, and set up your preferences for receiving print and electronic communications from Melody Master.
